SDA was brought in to help the original developers create the name for this Senior Living property as well as all the branding and materials needed to educate the market and create excitement resulting in pre-construction sales. Casey’s Pond was almost sold out before breaking ground. SDA continues to help maintain the brand and create marketing materials to target the Senior Living market both regionally and locally.
